National History Day Awards 2009-2010




Students and their sponsors Mrs. Evelyn Quade and Mrs. Janet Casper particpate in National History Day. Students have the option of creating projects on an historical theme individually or in a group. They may elect to enter a historical paper, a documentary, a web site, an exhibit, or a performance. Those receiving a first, second, or third award contine on to the state competition held in Millersville.

Gabe Schroeder and his teacher Mrs. Evelyn Quade each received a special award from the King Family Awards for Excellence in History.
State Awards
MQA will take seven history projects to the state competition this year. Student projects earning a first or second at states continue on to National History Day in Washington, D.C. in June.
