Admissions Coordinator
Our Admissions Coordinator, Mrs. Linda Remaley, helps families of students returning to MQA or entering for the first time in a variety of ways.
Mrs. Remaley is responsible for coordinating all enrollment activities that showcase MQA to the community and families interested in learning about our school. She works to help families learn all they can about our school; provides information on tuition, financial aid,and our tuition credit program; coordinates all tours and visits; and helps families with preliminary forms that begin the application process.
Mrs. Remaley assists current families and new families with the admissions process from application to the first day of school! The process includes completing an application and remitting fees, transferring records as needed, managing forms, understanding tuition payment options, and coordinating communication between the school and families.
- Provide application and other student and family forms
- Coordinate transfer of student records
- Assist families that wish to begin earning tuition credit
- Collects immunization and required records needed for admission
- Organize returned application and fees
- Send tuition statements and aid awards
- Collect tuition payment agreements and tuition payments
- Submit FACTS Tuition Management forms for processing
- Provide summer reading lists and supply lists
- Coordinate district bus service
- Process student and family information for PowerSchool and class scheduling
- Distribute and collect district health forms and sport physical forms
- Coordinate necessary handbook forms given to students on the first day of each school year
- Facilitate communication between school and home
