Step 1: Enrollment Coordinator
Our Enrollment Coordinator, Mary Jo Stelmach, is responsible for coordinating all enrollment activities that showcase MQA to the community and families interested in learning about our school. Mrs. Stelmach works to help families learn all they can about our school, provides information on tuition and financial aid, coordinates all tours and visits, and helps families with preliminary forms that begin the application process.
- Organize contact information between school and families
- Provide brochure and DVD
- Invite families and students to school activities
- Invite families and students to preschool "Shower Me with Knowledge" sessions
- Invite families and students to kindergarten transition sessions
- Guide families interested in applying for financial aid
- Coordinate family financial aid programs
- Schedule tours
- Schedule class visits
- Help families beginning the application process
