SCG Roles and Responsibilities
President
The President will act as the primary liaison for the following committee chairs. The President, in addition to the responsibilities listed in the bylaws, the president will provide guidance and support to the chairs to ensure successful project completion.
The President will be the primary contact for the chairs of the following events/activities/committees:
1. Homeroom Coordinators
2. Used Uniform Chair/Co-Chair
3. Night at the Races Chair/Co-Chair
Vice-President
The Vice President will act as the primary liaison for the following committee chairs. The Vice President, in addition to the responsibilities listed in the bylaws, the vice president will provide guidance and support to the chairs to ensure successful project completion.
The Vice-President will be the primary contact for the chairs of the following events/activities/committees:
1. Yearbook/Event Photographer - Chair
2. Public Relations Chair
3. $10,000 Knight Dinner Chair/Co-Chair
4. Market Day - Chair
Treasurer
The Treasurer will act as the primary liaison for the following committee chairs. The Treasurer, in addition to the responsibilities listed in the bylaws, the treasurer will provide guidance and support to the chairs to ensure successful project completion.
The Treasurer will be the primary contact for the chairs of the following events/activities/committees:
1. Box Tops/Campbell’s Labels - Chair
2. Original Works Fundraiser Chair/Co-Chair
3. Winter Carnival Chair/Co-Chair
Secretary
The Secretary will act as the primary liaison for the following committee chairs. The Secretary, in addition to the responsibilities listed in the bylaws, the secretary will provide guidance and support to the chairs to ensure successful project completion.
The Secretary will be the primary contact for the chairs of the following events/activities/committees:
1. CSW /Teacher Appreciation Luncheon Chair/Co-Chair
2. Social / Hospitality Chair
3. FRS Movie Nights Chair
4. Santa’s Workshop Chair / Co-Chair
