Used Uniform Sale – FAQ
Why have a used uniform sale?
· Provides gently used uniforms to MQA families to help defray the cost of outfitting our children for school.
· Proceeds of donated items (items not being sold by a specified family) are used to help families in need throughout the school year.
· Allows parents an opportunity to sell gently used items that are no longer needed.
When is the sale?
· Sale is offered in July at the Leishman Ave site in the gym. The gym is only open during office hours.
· Plans to expand the sale to other times during the school year are being considered. These plans are contingent upon parent support.
Parent Volunteers
MQA graciously provides parents the opportunity to sell their items and receive the profit from the sale of their items. To ensure the successful continuation of this project parent volunteers are critical. Beginning with the 2010-2011school year, a chair person for the used uniform sale will be announced. Any parent interested may e-mail KFontana@mqaschool.org.
What are the donation guidelines?
