Homeroom Coordinators
Assemble two volunteer parent/guardian homeroom coordinators for each grade level. Maintain contact information listing.
Work with coordinators to provide grade level communication for various activities throughout the school year.
Classroom party parent coordinators grades 1-5.
Coordinate mystery readers – grades 1-3
Assist Market Day Coordinator to coordinate grade level volunteers.
7th Grade – home room coordinators – will coordinate 8th grade graduation dinner.
Photographer Chairperson / Yearbook
Coordinate photographers for various school activities and events.
Upload pictures to centralize storage location for yearbook and website publishing.
Assist faculty member responsible for yearbook production as needed. Promote sales with homeroom coordinators.
Catholic Schools Week /Teacher Appreciation
Coordinate volunteers for Teacher appreciation luncheon during Catholic Schools Week.
Assist in coordinating parent greeters during CSW open house.
Work with public relations and enrollment coordinator to invite interested families and promote the school.
Public Relations
Assist faculty member responsible for public relations.
Communicate school activites to volunteers via web site and newsletter.
Coordinate with Development and community relations coordinator
Used Uniform Sale
Schedule collection and sale dates. Collect and sort uniforms.
Coordinate volunteers to operate sales on specific days as determined by those involved.
Communicate and promote to school community availabilty of items.
Report profits at SCG meetings and in newsletter.
Box Tops/Campbell's Lables
Coordinate volunteers to assist with manual counting of items.
Promote event with homeroom coordinators with use of incentives to promte sales.
Hospitality
Assist with food preparation for various social events. (i.e. bake cookies, refreshments)
Assist with 8th grade graduation dinner.
Sports Coordinators
2 Athletic Chairs - 1 boys & 1 for girls
Assist Mike Collett in communications and volunteer activities for various sports.
Coordinate concession stand volunteers.
Help coordinate parent communication meeting.
Help coordinate “Night at the Races” athletic fundraiser.
Coordinate additional fundraising activities.
