💳 OPTION 1: Online Ordering & Credit Card Payment
Prefer to take care of everything online? You can complete your ad order, submit your ad information, and pay by credit card using our online form. If you have custom artwork e-mail it to the fundraising team at [email protected]
Please have your ad artwork or message ready when completing the online form.
📝 OPTION 2: Paper Form & Cash/Check Payment
Prefer to pay by cash or check? Download and complete the Seussical Jr. Program Ad Form and return it to the school along with your payment.
Checks should be made payable to Mary Queen of Apostles School.
Completed forms and payment may be returned to the school office.
