Volunteer Opportunities
An important part of Mary Queen of Apostles School is our volunteer program. We rely on our volunteers and recognize the valuable contribution they make as members of our school community. If you are able to share your time and talents and love of children with us, we welcome you! If ever two adults are asked to drive other students, a Volunteer Driver Form is required and is kept on file in the office.

Below are the descriptions of the various opportunities available.
- Lunch Preparation & Cafeteria Server
Lunch servers arrive by 10:00 a.m., to help prepare food, ready the serving line for the lunch groups, and serve the food to each lunch group. The servers help with cleanup as well. Cafeteria volunteers are provided a meal at the end of the lunch periods. - Coaches
Volunteers coach our sports teams. All clearances on the list are needed. The FBI Fingerprint Check is required for Coaches. Additional training and certifications are required. The Athletic Director coordinates these additional items. - Sports
Volunteers are need to man the doors and admission table during home stands in all sports. The money collected during these events pay the referees and help to keep the costs associated with running the program manageable. - Used Uniform Sale

The School Community Group (SCG) may sponsor a loved one dance or a carnival of games for children with prizes and games manned by our seventh and eighth grade students. Pizza and drinks are available, and of course, there is help needed for planning, setup, decorating, and cleanup! Help in any area is appreciated. - Night at the Races Committee
