Directions for Families with Students Seeking Admission to MQA – New student applications are accessed via a direct link to FACTS. It is recommended that you do not complete an application without first contacting the school. New applicants have prerequisite information that needs to be considered. Availability in a class or grade may be limited. Each application fee is $20. All families new to MQA will use this link for each child. This link will require you to create a parent login and password for the first child for which you are applying. There are two application choices for new students, one for preschool and PreKindergarten and another for students entering grade K-8. The correct application will appear for you once you enter your child’s name and grade level for the 2024-2025 school year. Applications are then reviewed. If an application is completed with no errors or missing data and the application is approved for acceptance to MQA, the next step is enrollment for each child. The enrollment process begins with an invitation email that will take you into FACTS for this additional step. The enrollment fee is per student. Directions for Current Families with a New Student Entering MQA – Current families adding an additional child to the MQA rosters create an application account then complete an application for the new child only. Applications have a fee of $20. The application is then reviewed. If an application is completed with no errors or missing data, the next step is enrollment for each child. The enrollment process begins for the new family member with an invitation email that will take you into FACTS for this enrollment piece. The enrollment fee is per student. Directions for Current Students – Re-enrollment for those families and students currently at MQA occurs through an email invitation only. It is issued by FACTS to the parent who is responsible for enrollment. Click the link in the email and follow the directions to complete the re-enrollment of your child for the 2024-2025 school year. Email date: 1/28/24
