Directions for Families with Students Seeking Admission to MQA is as easy as 1, 2, 3!
Step 1 – Submit an inquiry. Inquiry Link: https://mqa-pa.client.renweb.com/oa/inquiry.cfm?memberId=15769&districtCode=mqa-pa . New applicants have questions, would like a tour, may want information on financial aid, or may have questions about classes and sessions. This inquiry starts the communication!
Step 2 – Submit an application. Application Account Direct Link: https://admissions-parent.renweb.com/home?districtCode=mqa-pa&memberId=15769 . Each application fee is $50. This link will require you to create a parent login and password for the first child for which you are applying. Applications are reviewed. If an application is approved for acceptance to MQA, the next step is enrollment for each child.
Step 3 – The enrollment process begins with an invitation email that will take you into FACTS enrollment form. Here you will add student and family details and set up a payment plan for tuition.
Directions for Current Families with a New Student Entering MQA
Step 1 – Submit an inquiry. Inquiry Link: https://mqa-pa.client.renweb.com/oa/inquiry.cfm?memberId=15769&districtCode=mqa-pa . Often, the school is not aware of younger siblings or other siblings interested in transferring to MQA. This inquiry starts the communication!

Directions for Current Students
Do not fill out an application!
Re-enrollment for those families and students currently at MQA occurs through an email invitation only. It is issued by FACTS to the parent who is responsible for enrollment. It will go to only one email. Click the link in the email and follow the directions to complete the re-enrollment of your child for the 2026-2027 school year. Families with multiple children attending MQA will receive a an email for each child. There is an enrollment fee of $175.00 for the family’s enrollments. The fee covers all FACTS charges connected to enrollment including FACTS payment plans.
